ABOUT CORNABY’S LLC.

Cornaby’s started out in 1999 as a 20-acre,
family-operated raspberry farm in Payson, UT, and has blossomed into a
specialty food processor, with dozens of innovative products sold in major
retailers across the county. Their products include fruit syrups, dessert
toppings, jellies, thickeners, gels, and dry ingredients.


THE CHALLENGE.

Cornaby’s wanted to obtain their SQF Certification to
meet current customer’s safe food manufacturing requirements, as well as to
grow and develop their customer base.


MEP CENTER’S ROLE.

The University of Utah Manufacturing Extension
Partnership (UUMEP) Center worked with its trusted partners to perform
preparation and certifying SQF audits.
